Serving Michigan with Faith & Compassion
Serving with Compassion, Transporting with Care
Shirley's Grace provides insurance-covered Non-Emergency Medical Transportation for eligible Medicaid members across Michigan — assigned through approved provider networks.
How Our Rides Work
Tired of no-call, no-shows from other NEMT providers, Uber, or Lyft — and missing your medical appointments because of it? You have options. Eligible Medicaid members can request Shirley's Grace as their preferred NEMT provider. Simply contact your Medicaid plan or NEMT network and ask them to note Shirley's Grace as your preferred provider in your file. We show up — every time.
Shirley's Grace does not accept direct public ride requests, private bookings, taxi rides, emergency rides, ambulance rides, or private-pay transportation.
Our rides are assigned exclusively through approved NEMT transportation provider networks — such as SafeRide and Modivcare — for eligible Medicaid members traveling to approved medical appointments and care-related destinations.
If you are a Medicaid member who needs transportation to a medical appointment, please contact your Medicaid plan or NEMT transportation provider to schedule a ride through their network.
